2. Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on a netcup server located in Nürnberg, Germany. The web server (Apache) automatically records standard connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status code, browser identifier, and referrer) for security and operational stability. These logs are retained only briefly and deleted automatically via log rotation. netcup acts as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Your Rights

As a data subject you are entitled to request access to (Art. 15), rectification of (Art. 16), erasure of (Art. 17), restriction of processing of (Art. 18), or portability of (Art. 20) your personal data, and to object to its processing (Art. 21).
